I am delighted to welcome you to Acuity Property Advisors, a boutique Commercial Real Estate Brokerage founded by me, Brison Rohrbach. As a licensed real estate broker in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, I use my 18 years of experience to advise professional business owners and commercial landlords on leasing, purchasing, and selling commercial property, regardless of transaction size.

I began my career in commercial real estate with a local developer, where I leased vacant office space and developed marketing programs to attract new tenants. Later, I joined commercial real estate brokerage as a sales and leasing professional, building a reputation for customer service and accountability.

In 2021, I founded APA and now work with clients ranging from lobbying and law firms to organizations in the multifamily acquisition field as well as healthcare providers. My services include representing tenants in lease negotiations, assisting with site acquisitions, providing commercial real estate consulting, and conducting lease audits. Prior to my real estate career, I founded and operated a legal and financial research firm in Washington, DC. I'm active in my community and was awarded the 2009 Alexandria Chamber of Commerce Member of the Year Award.

When not negotiating the best deals for my clients, you’ll find me indulging in the latest ice cream flavor at the Dairy Godmother in Del Ray with my wife and daughter after a hard workout at the gym.
